What Push It to the Limit is

Push It to the Limit is a loud party game with a real buzzer — built for kitchen parties, unhinged game nights, and everything that happens between wine and midnight. The app fires prompts, everyone reacts at the same time, the buzzer decides. Fast, loud, fair.

Why it is taking time

We are developing a small electronic device — and that device has to be certified. CE certification with electromagnetic-emission measurements is in progress right now. Margins on electronic toys are also tighter than on classic board games: we need a sizeable pool of pre-orders on the waitlist before we can cover the initial tooling and manufacturing costs and launch the Kickstarter.

// 04 · FAQ
Why is it taking so long? +
We are developing a small electronic device and it has to be certified. CE certification, including electromagnetic-emission measurements, is in progress. Margins on electronic toys are also tighter than on classic board games — we need enough pre-orders to cover tooling and manufacturing.
What is already done? +
Audio, the core game modes (tested), the communication between app and hardware, and buzzer synchronisation on a single device.
What is next? +
A shockproof redesign — buzzers take hard hits, the hardware needs to handle them. In parallel we are building the Kickstarter waitlist.
Can I test a prototype? +
Yes. We have a small pool of units available for prototype testing right now. Get on the waitlist and mention in your message that you want to test.
When does the Kickstarter launch? +
As soon as the waitlist is large enough and certification is complete. App-store release follows after that.
Do I need my own app? +
No, you only need the buzzer hardware and a single device with the app. Audio and game flow run from there.
// 05 · WAITLIST

Get on the waitlist

The bigger the waitlist, the sooner the Kickstarter goes live. We will reach out for prototype slots and the campaign launch.
