Terms and Conditions
for the use of the "Werewolf Gamemaster" App

1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the mobile application "Werewolf Gamemaster" (hereinafter "App") provided by 7Wolf Studios (hereinafter "Provider") by users (hereinafter "User").
2. Service Description
The App provides a gaming platform for organizing and conducting the social game "Werewolf" with digital elements and potential server connectivity. Usage is exclusively for private, non-commercial purposes. The App can be used both offline and with internet connectivity. Certain functions require a connection to the Provider's servers.
3. Availability & Liability
The Provider endeavors to ensure trouble-free operation of the App. However, there is no entitlement to permanent availability, freedom from errors, or specific functionalities. No guarantee is made for the uninterrupted or error-free provision of services. The Provider is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the App unless they are based on intentional or grossly negligent behavior.
4. In-App Purchases
The App offers optional paid content or extensions ("In-App Purchases"). By completing an In-App Purchase through the respective App Store, a contract is established between the User and the respective Store provider. A right of return may be excluded for digital content after the start of execution in accordance with applicable laws. Prices and contents of In-App Purchases may change at any time.
5. Misuse and Blocking
In case of violations of these Terms and Conditions, particularly in case of misuse of the App, unauthorized manipulation, or disruption of gameplay, the Provider reserves the right to block user accounts, remove content, or permanently deny access to the App. A refund of payments already made will not be made in such cases.
6. Copyright
All content of the App, including texts, graphics, audio elements, animations, and software components, are subject to copyright and other protective rights. The reproduction, distribution, or other use of this content without the express consent of the Provider is prohibited.
7. Technical Requirements
The use of the App requires a compatible device and, if applicable, an active internet connection. The procurement and maintenance of these technical requirements, as well as the costs incurred for them (e.g., data charges), are the responsibility of the User.
8. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
The Provider reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions with effect for the future. Users will be informed about this in an appropriate manner.
9. Data Protection
Information on the processing of personal data can be found in the Privacy Policy.
10. Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is, as far as permissible, the Provider's registered office. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining regulations remains unaffected.
